The information on the website is intended to inform you as best as possible about what you have ordered. Because I want you to be satisfied with your purchase, you can try the size on receival and even sleep with it for a night. In case you had a different expectation or that the Keppie you ordered is not good, I would like to hear from you and it is no problem to return your order *.
Send an email to email@example.com stating your order number and that you want to return your order. This is possible up to 14 days after receiving of your order. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to a label which you can print out and attach to the box, which you can use to return the package.
* Due to the vulnerability of some customers, returned Keppies are NEVER taken back into the product range. Every customer receives a product that has never been sent before when ordering!
What do you get reimbursed and what do you pay for?
The amounts you paid when ordering the product, namely the purchase amount of your Keppie and the shipping costs for sending your product from the Keppie Kompanie to your home, will be refunded in case of return.
If you have bought several Keppies and you decide to return part of your order, only the purchase amount of the product in question will be refunded and the shipping costs for the other part of your order will remain in your possession.
The repayment of sums paid (in advance) is done to the account number of which you made the payment to the Keppie Kompanie. This in connection with any refund fraud. Amounts will be refunded to you within 14 days after retuning the order.
